He was so docile and would quietly follow you anywhere, just because he wanted to be at your side. I&#8217;m going to miss him terribly and I know how\u00a0clich\u00e9\u00a0this sounds but I don&#8217;t know if I could love another dog as much as I loved him. He&#8217;ll be in my heart forever, right along side Tibby the cat Orion and I both grew up with.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been agonizing over whether I should write this ever since we laid him to rest but I feel I should. He was a beautiful dog and I don&#8217;t ever want to forget him. This, in a sense, is my way of making sure that he will be remembered in some way by virtue of the Internet never forgetting anything.<\/p>\n<p>I love you boy, rest well now.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our family dog, Orion, had to be put down today.
